It is with deepest regret that Deputy Hatchery Manager Mr. Kelly Taylor has asked me to let you know that the Seniors Fishing Rodeo scheduled for June 5 and the Family Fishing Festival for June 6 must be officially cancelled due to the ongoing construction project here at the hatchery. We apologize for any inconvenience and wanted to inform you in advance to allow a respectable amount of time for you to reschedule other plans for these dates. Please understand that event planning was motivated by expectations that the project would be complete by this time. Unfortunately, the most recent rainy weather and other unforeseen circumstances have continued to hugely impact the time frame for completion.
Please help us spread the word about the cancellations by telling your friends, family, and groups who attend these events as participants or volunteers. Also, please accept our apologies if you receive this message multiple times as we are trying to make every effort to inform contacts through group email lists and sometimes have technical issues with looping due to our Internet connectivity.
